Invest own self in a non profit organization or in a great cause is very important for American people. Since the childhood, kids learn to share with others and take care of people in difficulties. It's an important part of their education process.
Today, I will share with you 3 pompoms initiatives to help great international causes.
Last September, during the three days 19th, 20th, 21st, in the Surrey, (35 min far from London by train) took place The Handmade Fair.
During this fair, in goal to support Sense, a British charity to take care of children and adults deaf blinded, a challenge was organized to break the Guinness World Record for the longest line of
pompoms.

The second one is an American, in Fairfield Connecticut, organization The Pink Pom Pom Project :
The PPPP helps local children and cancer survivors with the importance of being
creative during times of hardship, trouble and illness. Crafting is a
means of therapy.
And the last one is an initiative in France for a big charity event all over the country, Le Telethon taking place on December, the 5th and 6th.

Because theses causes don't stop after public in lights events, we have to support them all the year.
